For a story that I am working on for the New York Times, I am gathering as many different online backup services as possible, and they can be found in this chart here. If you know of any others that I have missed, please let me know.

Hi Dave,
Check out http://www.digisenseinc.com/. Its a small startup using Amazon’s S3 but for SMB.

What good is back up if recovery isn’t a part of it? Space is space but the utility of it all is the ability to get back what you need. Check out Silentclick. They provide software asset management to the consumer which is a form of backup and recovery focuses on all the applications that you own. Data is necessary and important but so are the applications.
Dave,
One of our contributors has a fantastic service that proactively ensures that data is being backed up and more importantly, is proactive when it comes to data restoration. See http://backupmyinfo.com/
Hi David,
Please check out Backup My Info! (www.bumi.com) – this company is completely focused on small and mid size businesses who truly value their data. We give our clients an unmatched level of support, which includes proactive monitoring and round-the-clock emergency support by a highly trained engineering team (we do not outsource this). We’ve been in business over 5 years and have a fantastic list of client references (ex: UBS Private Equity IT Group refers all of their hedge fund “hotel” clients to us).
Hi David,
Our company, Vembu Technologies, is focussed on the online backup space, albeit with a different business model.
We’ve placed our bets on ‘regional service providers’ (VARs, MSPs etc) driving online backup adoption amongst small & medium businesses. In our experience, SMBs looking at online backups are essentially ‘buying’ peace of mind – their regular IT service provider is probably best placed (and trusted) to provide them this service.
In line with this model, we’re currently powering the online backup services of over 500 such service providers – each of whom is a ‘mini eVault’ (or Mozy, if you like) to his client base – powered by our product, Vembu StoreGrid.
More on us at our Online Backup Service Provider page & at our homepage: http://www.vembu.com
