For those of us of a certain age, we grew up at the end of the slide rule generation and the beginning of the HP calculator generation. I had several HP calculators throughout high school, college and even grad school before PCs took hold. A great place to remember these bygone technologies is the HP Calculator Museum, lovingly maintained by David Hicks.
Now HP has brought back the 35, in the guise of the HP 35s. This is a 35th special anniversary edition that is available to the general public. HP has done this before but had limited distribution of other special editions to friends and family. The new version has more keys for less dough, but still has most of that look and feel, and even does RPN for those of you that can still remember what that is.
