New York Times: Planning better meetings by getting in sync, electronically

It is a sad fact of corporate life that most employees, from the executive suite on down through the ranks,  spend too much time in meetings. But planning them can be much simpler and quicker with numerous Web sites and software lending a hand. The tools cut down on the time involved in setting up meetings by finding a common free time and automatically send out reminders too via email.
